Performance Characteristics of The Whole Machine 

Feeder Unit 

• Can be continuous feeding and skip feeding.
• Inverter control the vacuum air and presure,to follow the cardboard size.
• Can adjust the feeding proceding to reduce the presure of pushing roller.
• Computer control the gap of pushing rollers and the position of both sides guard.
• Backside stacker computer control front and backside,increse the speed of set up.
• Two wire brush and fan cleanning the scraps of paper in surface of the cardboard.To increase the printing quality.
• The adjustment of the gap of pushing rollers adopts computure control,between 0-12mm.
• The power transmission of the pressure roller adopts CAM bearing transmission to reduce wear and make the transmission more stable.

• Creaser shaft and Slotter shaft adopt high quality steel, hard chrome plating, surface grinding.
• The cardboard is not easy to be broken after creased by the first creaser wheel.
• The upper creaser wheel is wrapped with rubber, avoid to damage the cardboard.
• The gap of pre-creaser and creaser wheels adopt computerized and digita control.
• The interval of slotter shaft adopt motorized control. the adjustment range is 0 -12mm.
• The upper blade tool base and the lower blade tool base adopt the drive shaft linkage, keep the upper and lower blades alignment while moving,and extend the tool life.
• Pre-creaser wheel, pre-creaser wheel, creaser wheel and slotter tool base displacement position, adopt computerized and electric digital control.
• Collision protect device is adopted for slotter blade height, avoid to damage the machine.
• Elastic corner cutting blade structure, can cut 3 layers ans 5 layers cardboard without adjustment, easy operation
